David Lynch - Chair of Trustees
David was one of the founding directors of Fresh Hope in 2016 after retiring from Zurich Insurance where he worked as a Programme Director and from Trinity Cheltenham where he was Operations Director for over a decade. He sits on the board for a number of other charities and runs a small consultancy firm. When he’s not working David can be found on the golf course or in a restaurant with his wife and 3 boys.
Tony Solomon - Trustee
Tony now applies the experience he gained during many years of senior leadership in financial services in the charitable sector. He works with the GEM employability project supporting people in Gloucestershire who are facing barriers to getting into work. He is also a trustee of the Cornerstone Centre in Whaddon.
Tony is passionate about helping others to help themselves. Keen on fishing, golf, pottery, and magic! Tony is married to Anne and has two grown up children.
Kath Warner - Trustee
Kath became a Trustee in 2017 and she works as the Diocesan LIFE Development Officer, supporting Diocesan staff, charities and local worshipping communities in delivering activities and projects that demonstrate the Diocesan vision of life in all its fullness. She is also Clerk to the Trustees of a charity that provides almshouses in Gloucester. Prior to that, she had a career in social housing. Kath enjoys reading, good food (especially if someone else has made it!) and spending time with friends and family. A lifelong follower of Jesus, Kath is a member of Holy Apostles in Charlton Kings
Debbie Heusch - Trustee
Debbie started her career in banking and then after a break to raise a family, retrained as a School Business Manager. She worked for a large school in North London for 11 years before having a career change and working for two separate charities. Following a move to Cheltenham Debbie started supporting Fresh Hope in a voluntary financial role, before becoming a Trustee in 2019. Debbie has been married to Russell for over 30 years and enjoys travel and spending time with her family.
Sue McLean - Trustee
Sue is an Associate Pastor - Kids at Trinity Cheltenham. In 2017 she became a Trustee of Fresh Hope and lives with her Husband and 2 children.
